Sidney Powell Lawsuit for Arizona’s 11 Republican Electors Alleges That 400,000 Illegal Ballots Were Counted
Attorney Sidney Powell filed a lawsuit on Wednesday for Arizona’s 11 Republican electors.
The complaint alleges that at least 400,000 illegal ballots were counted in Arizona’s general election. It also alleges that Dominion software created security risks and statistical anomalies in the election results.
The allegations are based on affidavits of eyewitnesses and voter data cited.
Arizona Governor Doug Ducey and Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs are listed as defendants in the lawsuit.
Both certified the state’s election results on Monday, challenging claims of voter fraud.
Powell also filed a motion (pdf) for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction.
It asks the court to block the governor from “transmitting the currently certified election results to the Electoral College” until the legal challenge is resolved.
It also asks the court to seize and impound all the “servers, software, voting machines” and all election materials for forensic audit and inspection.
In Georgia, Sidney Powell’s election lawsuit got an expedited appeal.
A judge previously blocked election officials from wiping or altering Dominion machines in three counties. But Powell wanted a statewide order—prompting her to seek the emergency appeal.
The Democratic Party of Georgia also entered an emergency request on Wednesday to grant an intervention so they can participate. Washington firm Perkins Coie is representing the party.
Powell is representing Georgia voters who argue that fraud was committed to making sure Joe Biden won the state.
Powell wants to have outside experts examine Georgia’s Dominion machines. But state election officials are trying to prevent that from happening.

Sidney Powell withdraws the ‘Kraken’ lawsuit…

ATLANTA — The expansive lawsuit has come to a quiet end.
The so-called “Kraken” was voluntarily withdrawn on Tuesday by attorney Sidney Powell.
In a motion filed at the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, Powell and the other attorneys on the suit agreed with the defendants, included among them Gov. Brian Kemp and Sec. of State Brad Raffensperger, to have the case dismissed.
The suit was swiftly dismissed by a federal judge in the Northern Georgia district court in early December. It never was heard at the 11th Circuit, which Powell had tried to bypass directly to the Supreme Court with a failed legal maneuver to consolidate her nearly identical “Kraken” cases in other states.

THE PURGE CONTINUES: Twitter Bans Michael Flynn And Sidney Powell From Their Platform

The Orwellian purge of conservatives and free speech has continued.
Twitter and Facebook have always looked for an excuse to purge the world of conservatives, and the protests in DC this week gave them that opportunity.
Now, Twitter has completely banned Sidney Powell and Michael Flynn from their platform for no good reason whatsoever:

According to the leftist social media website, they got banned for “coordinated harmful activity”, which doesn’t even apply to them:

Michael Tracy makes the point that these loose rules could be made against anyone they personally deem to be harmful, with no accountability:

This is still a developing story. Stay tuned for more…

BREAKING: Dominion Files Massive $1.3 Billion Defamation Lawsuit Against Attorney Sidney Powell

Dominion Voting Systems is suing pro-Trump attorney Sidney Powell for $1.3 billion, claiming she defamed the company with her allegations of voter fraud in the 2020 election.
According to Forbes, Dominion may also go after the White House, media companies and others who shared her claims. Forbes reports:
Dominion has sent letters warning of potential litigation to the White House, Fox News, Newsmax, One America News and a number of Trump-allied individuals, including his lawyer Rudy Giuliani, Rush Limbaugh, Fox News personalities Sean Hannity and Maria Bartiromo, conservative attorney Lin Wood and Melissa Carone, who Giuliani has pushed as a witness to the purported election fraud.
Later on in the lawsuit, Dominion hints that they may be taking further action by going after those show shared her allegations against the company. It states:
This defamation action arises from statements made by Sidney Powell, who — acting in concert with allies and media outlets determined to promote a false preconceived narrative about the 2020 election — caused unprecedented harm. During a Washington, D.C. press conference, a Georgia political rally, and a media blitz, Powell falsely claimed that Dominion had rigged the election, that Dominion was created in Venezuela to rig elections for Hugo Chávez, and that Dominion bribed Georgia officials for a no-bid contract.
The lawsuit continues:
Powell’s wild accusations are demonstrably false. Far from being created in Venezuela to rig elections for a now-deceased Venezuelan dictator, Dominion was founded in Toronto for the purpose of creating a fully auditable paper-based vote system that would empower people with disabilities to vote independently on verifiable paper ballots. As it grew, Dominion developed technology to solve many of the technical and voter intent issues that came to light as a result of the 2000 Presidential Election. Its systems are certified under standards promulgated by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (“EAC”), reviewed and tested by independent testing laboratories accredited by the EAC, and were designed to be auditable and include a paper ballot backup to verify results. Since its founding, Dominion has been chosen by thousands of election officials throughout the United States to provide the technology to effectively administer transparent and fully auditable elections.

Although Powell assured the public during television and radio appearances that her claims were backed by “evidence,” Powell’s “evidence” included declarations from a motley crew of conspiracy theorists, con artists, armchair “experts,” and anonymous sources who were judicially determined to be “wholly unreliable.” One of Powell’s wholly unreliable sources was a purported “military intelligence expert” who has now admitted that he never actually worked in military intelligence, that the declaration Powell’s clerks wrote for him to sign is “misleading,” and that he “was trying to backtrack” on it. After he was discredited, Powell pivoted by presenting his declaration as having been written by a different anonymous source.
