Sitting US President Donald Trump and his legal team are continuing to insist that the 3 November presidential election included what they characterize as massive election fraud, made possible due to an unprecedented amount of mail-in ballots.

On Tuesday, a press conference by The Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, a Conservative US law group, was held in Arlington, Virginia, with several people stepping forward alleging to have been witness to the voter fraud that Donald Trump claims took place during the presidential election.

Among the whistleblowers who stepped forward were purported contractors for the US Postal Service (USPS) and others claiming to have witnessed election rigging on and after election night.

According to remarks delivered at the press conference, trucks filled with “ready-to-be-counted ballots” arrived to polls after election night and ballots that arrived after 3 November were backdated.

A ‘Massive Transfer’ of Ballots
Speaking at the press conference, Jesse Morgan, said to be a truck driver with a USPS subcontractor, shared his assertion that there were 280,000 completed ballots in a truck he was driving from Bethpage, New York, to Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

“I was driving completed ballots from New York to Pennsylvania. I didn’t know, so I decided to speak up”, Morgan said in his speech, stating that a couple of large cardboard boxes were loaded onto his truck that were filled with completed ballots. Morgan then insisted that everything was “weird”, particularly after he alleged that he had been made to wait for six hours in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and was told to speak directly to the US Postal Service transportation supervisor – someone who he claimed he had never spoken with before. “The supervisor told me to drive to Lancaster without being unloaded in Harrisburg. This made no sense to me. I knew the ballots were loaded for Harrisburg”.

Another purported witness, Ethan Pease, presented as a USPS contractor, alleged that he was asked by a USPS staffer on 4 November if he had forgotten any ballots in Madison, Wisconsin, on election night after he saw there were no ballots in the delivery box on 3 November. According to Pease, some 100,000 ballots were missing.

The contractor also asserted that he was told by a USPS worker that they had to backdate the ballots that arrived too late to be legally counted.

“I’m not a Trump supporter. I’m not a Biden supporter either… But, something profoundly wrong occurred in Wisconsin during the presidential election – and the American people have a right to know”, Pease said in a prepared statement.

Trump Campaign Claims Voter Fraud
Trump continues to insist that the 2020 election was rigged, challenging the outcome and filing lawsuits in multiple battleground states. According to Trump, election fraud was made possible due to an unprecedented amount of mail-in ballots in the wake of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Trump also asserted that Republican observers did not have proper access to ballot counting locations, with some poll watchers echoing his claims during a Tuesday hearing in Michigan brought by the Trump team regarding voter fraud.

One poll watcher suggested that she had seen military ballots being duplicated.

“I witnessed the military ballots being duplicated. I just thought it was strange that only Biden’s name was selected, no down ballot… and not one was for Trump”, she stated during the Michigan hearing.

Earlier on Monday, a witness at an Arizona hearing on voter fraud also shared a story regarding signatures on ballots that were described as “completely illegible” and did not resemble “in any way” what they were intended to match. According to the witness statement, they were told “not to worry” about it.

Another witness stated that election workers in the state appeared to not have known how many ballots were there, as new trucks with ballots allegedly continued to arrive.

The Trump campaign has filed numerous lawsuits in states like Michigan, Georgia, Pennsylvania and others, calling to discard mail-in ballots that arrived after election day and urging a stop to counting what they describe as “illegal votes”.

According to Trump lawyer Rudi Giuliani, the alleged election fraud was centrally engineered by the Democratic party and mainly focused on big cities run by Democrats.

Despite refusing to concede, Trump has seen the launch of the formal transition of executive power to Joe Biden, who is projected by mainstream media to be the winner of the presidential race. The official results, however, will be announced after the Electoral College casts its votes on 14 December.

Despite all the Biden supporters trying to make Biden and ugly Kamala their President, it’s not going to happen, the fraud is clear as day and night. Hope they don’t lose their Senate seats.

I don’t envy the predicament of the heads of agencies, etc., that could look into the alleged voting fraud. Even if the allegations of fraud are true, the response would be that half the public would lose respect for the involved agencies, etc. Social order depends greatly on the public’s respect for government. It appears that many of Trump’s appointees, all Republicans, are more concerned about potential allegations of their collusion with Trump than about rooting out organized voting fraud. I am particularly concerned about the allegations surrounding the rigged voting machines since those same allegations arose during the 2016 Democratic primaries where it was later determined that Bernie Sanders had won primaries that he was reported to have lost. The voting machines and physical vote counting procedures came under scrutiny after those events, and that may be why Hillary Clinton could not fudge the numbers against Trump. In the more recent Democratic primaries, a Google voting app initially catapulted Mayor Pete Buttgiege to the head of the pack, but his lead disappeared when other state primaries abandoned the voting app (offered for free! by Google). I found it disturbing when Biden started winning primaries when his popularity had been very low at the start. I don’t think he actually won those primaries, but rather that his hidden benefactors ‘pencil-whooped’ the numbers. Biden’s real base is not on main street, it is in the halls of powerful corporations and defense contractors. I suspect that we have been spoon-fed Biden like castor oil, and I suspect that Biden owes some favors. I believe that a Bernie and Elizabeth Warren ticket would have trounced Trump so thoroughly that the prospect would have terrified large corporations and defense contractors, and thus that steps were taken to limit our choices to Tweedle-Dee or Tweedle-Dum. Recent house races have verified that the progressive Democrats all won their districts by healthy margins while the corporate Democrats had to claw tooth and nail. There is an appetite for change, for new ideas, and yet Biden got the votes? I don’t think so. I would encourage the government to thoroughly investigate the possibility of any organized voting fraud, especially since 28 states used the Dominion voting machines. Our democracy is more important than whoever ends up being President.

Georgia DA opens criminal probe of Trump call urging secretary of state to find votes

The top prosecutor in Fulton County, Georgia, has opened a criminal investigation of a phone call to Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger by then-President Donald Trump, who last month urged the official to “find” him enough votes to overturn his election loss to Joe Biden.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis sent a letter to Raffensperger and other state government officials asking that they preserve documents related to Trump’s highly unusual call, a state official with knowledge of the letter told NBC News.

Raffensperger’s office confirmed to CNBC that it received the letter Wednesday, but declined to comment further. The letter comes as the Senate is conducting an impeachment trial for Trump that could end with the ex-president being banned from ever running for the White House again.

The letter says the request is part of a criminal probe that “includes, but is not limited to, potential violations of Georgia law prohibiting the solicitation of election fraud, the making of false statements to state and local government bodies, conspiracy, racketeering, violation of oath of office and any involvement in violence or threats related to the election’s administration.”

The letter was sent two days after Raffensperger’s office opened its own investigation of Trump’s Jan. 2 phone call to the secretary of state.

In that call, Trump told Raffensperger, “All I want to do is this: I just want to find 11,780 votes.”

That was the number of votes Trump needed to overtake Biden’s lead in Georgia, one of several he needed to reverse Trump’s Electoral College loss.

At the time, Trump and his allies were promoting a series of baseless claims that he had lost the election due to widespread ballot fraud in states including Georgia.

The call to Raffensperger occurred four days before Trump urged supporters at a rally near the White House to help him fight to overturn the election results by getting Congress or Vice President Mike Pence to refuse to confirm Biden’s win.

After that rally, thousands of Trump supporters rioted outside and then inside the U.S. Capitol, where Congress was meeting in a joint session to confirm the results.

Five people died in connection with the riot, including a Capitol police officer.

Trump was impeached by the House of Representatives for inciting the riot.

His trial in the Senate began Tuesday with a debate over whether a former president could be tried after leaving office.

Evidence in the case is being presented today.
